Welcome to Northwest Gathering Center
The word "equip" from Ephesians 4:12, means two things. To supply what is missing, and to repair (heal) what is broken.

And He has appointed some to be Apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, some to be pastors and some to be teachers.   
WHY? To nurture and prepare all holy believers 
FOR WHAT? To do their own works of ministry in His Kingdom
RESULTING IN? They will enlarge and build up the Body of Christ
